Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions regarding planning, building, maintaining, or even just owning a pool? We've assembled some questions to help you understand what to expect.
The Planning Process
Where do I begin?
The first step is to do your research. You should decide what size pool will fit your yard, and determine what your budget is. After you've decided what type and size of pool you want, as well as what will fit your budget, then you can start to decide which options you want.
I've decided what I want, what's next?
Come see us! Associates in our store can help narrow down pool packages, options, and styles that we currently have available. Our associates can also setup a time for you to meet with a member of our Sales Team, to get you a detailed estimate on your dream pool.
How much is the estimate going to cost?
Nothing, it's free! We try our hardest to make the purchase of your dream pool hassle free, and we will work with you as much as necessary to find what is right for you.
I've got the estimate, but now I would like to look into financing. What do you suggest?
We don't offer any in house financing, but there is a financing tab in the menu bar above. That page will describe the two different financing options that are available from us, as well as the pros and cons associated with both. If neither of those options suit your project, you may choose to consult a local bank or credit union.
What happens after I've got the estimate, and the financing is done?
You should be able to find a required deposit at the bottom of your estimate/proposal. Paying this deposit and signing your proposal will get you on our schedule, and get the product ordered that is necessary to complete your job.
The Construction Process
How long will the entire project take, from start to finish?
This varies widely from job to job. You should receive a phone call from a member of our staff when you're coming up on our schedule. This phone call would be a good time to ask for a timeframe on your specific project.
What happens if it rains?
Unfortunately, we are a weather driven business, and it can be unpredictable. Rain can cause numerous issues with swimming pool installations and repairs. Your satisfaction is our number one concern, and we refuse to deliver a product that we aren't proud of. We appreciate your patience through inclement weather, and rest assured that you will be thrilled with the end result.
The project is mostly finished, but my yard is a mess. Will that be fixed?
Yes, of course! We always clean up after ourselves, and will attempt to leave your backyard as we found it.
Maintaining Your New Pool
Where do I start?
Pool 101 is our form of a "how-to" guide. Tom, our CEO and Service Manager, will be setting up a time to come out and give you a run down on how to operate the pool, and how to maintain your water. You can also contact our store at any time, a member of our team would be happy to assist you.
Pool 101 is done, but I'm still a little confused on water chemistry. What do I do?
Bring a sample of water by our store. All of our store associates are trained in pool water chemistry, and can answer any questions you may have. Water testing is a free service, and we're happy to provide it.
Where do I get the chemicals to maintain my water?
From us! We have a large retail store, and keep everything in stock that you might need.
Service After The Sale
I think something is wrong with my pool, can you come out and fix it?
Of course! We service everything we install, and then some! Reach out to one of our team members for assistance in getting a repair set up.
