I would like to comment on the service we’ve received from your staff. My children and I are pool rookies and have experienced several problems this year. I don’t remember everyone’s name - Tony and Jack are two - but they all have been very polite and helpful. You seem to have a very dedicated staff and I’m sure they are an asset to your company. Thank you to you and your guys for the help you’ve given us

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your coming by personally to check out my problems. I was surprised when I got my bio that there was no charge and I genuinely appreciate that. I wanted to also let you know how please I am with the service provided by your entire staff. It takes me 50 minutes to get to your store, but I will gladly drive several times weekly if needed because I know that when I get there, someone will help me with my problem willingly and knowledgeably. If the person helping me does not know, he checks with someone who does know. Your staff does not push product either, as is the case with the other places I have been. A couple of weeks ago, when I was at the height of my frustration, testing levels showed okay and I went home without a purchase. Your people “know” pools and do not depend on computer printouts to determine how much I spend that visit. Please tell your staff thanks for me and keep up the good work.”

“I wanted to send you this letter to let you know how much I am impressed with your people and your company. I hired your company to come in and assess my inground pool situation after I drained it and allowed it to sit for 2 months with no water in it. Your recommendation was to drain the water from both on top of the liner and underneath it, as well as to reset the liner. Your people arrived when you told me they would and started the process. While resetting the liner, I have learned that you use vacuums in the process while the pool is being filled up with water. My shop vac was out in the pool area after using it that weekend. Your people used it along with one of your vacs which of course, I did not mind. Apparently, after running it for two days, the motor blew out in it. Last week, while your people were at my home, my daughter told me that your people had replaced it with a new one. You have always been honest and fair with me and this is just one more indication of the type of person you are and the company you operate. You will most certainly continue to have my pool business. Thanks again for all you do and pass along my thanks to your people.”
