Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the door prize giveaways held during Sparkle Pools' Customer Appreciation Day Sale (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Sparkle Pools, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted in person at either Sparkle Pools location during regular sale-week business hours from Monday, April 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET through Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sparkle Pools and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and members of the same household are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Entry is in person only at either of our two Terre Haute locations:

• Sparkle Pools North — 2225 N 25th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804
• Sparkle Pools South — 5171 S US Highway 41, Terre Haute, IN 47802

There are two ways to enter during the Promotion Period, and both count as a single entry of equal weight in the drawing:

1. Automatic entry with purchase. Make any in-store purchase at either Sparkle Pools location during the Promotion Period and you will be automatically entered into the drawing using the name, address, phone number, and email address on file for your purchase. You do not need to fill out an additional form.
2. Free entry, no purchase necessary. Visit either Sparkle Pools location during the Promotion Period and complete an official entry form at the register with your name, address, phone number, and email address. No purchase is required and non-purchase entries are given the same chance of winning as purchase entries.

Entries submitted online, by mail, by phone, by email, or by any method other than those described above will not be accepted. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, forged, or that otherwise fail to conform to these Rules are void.

Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per household per day of the Promotion Period. Each household may enter once per calendar day (combined across both locations) for a maximum of seven (7) entries over the course of sale week. Multiple same-day entries from the same household will be disqualified. Daily drawing entries do not carry over. Each entry is eligible only for the daily drawing held on the day that entry was received; to be eligible for a given day's prize you must have a valid entry on file for that day. The Grand Prize (Cove Hot Tub) is the sole exception: every eligible entry received at any point during the Promotion Period is automatically entered into the Grand Prize drawing, regardless of which day it was submitted.

Prizes & Drawing

A total of eight (8) prizes will be awarded:

• Grand Prize: One (1) Cove Hot Tub — approximate retail value $4,000. Specific model and color are determined by Sparkle Pools and subject to in-stock availability. Prize includes the hot tub only. Delivery is not included and must be arranged and paid for by the winner, either through Sparkle Pools at standard delivery rates or by the winner's own means. Electrical hookup, site preparation, and any optional accessories are also the responsibility of the winner.
• One (1) Aiper Scuba P1 robotic pool cleaner — approximate retail value $500.
• One (1) Free Pool Closing — standard fall closing service at the winner's residence, approximate retail value $280.
• One (1) Pool Cleaning Kit — approximate retail value $125. Contents may vary based on in-stock availability.
• One (1) Splash pool float — approximate retail value $120. Specific style and color are subject to in-stock availability.
• Three (3) $100 Sparkle Pools store credits — one awarded to each of three separate winners. Redeemable toward in-stock or special-order products only; not valid toward services, labor, installation, or delivery fees.

Prizes will be awarded in daily random drawings held after the close of business each day of the Promotion Period, with the exception of the Grand Prize. Each daily drawing is conducted from the pool of eligible entries received at either location on that calendar day only. The Grand Prize drawing is an overall drawing conducted from the pool of all eligible entries received across the entire Promotion Period. The drawing schedule is as follows (prizes build in value through the week, culminating in the Cove Hot Tub grand finale):

• Monday, April 27, 2026 — one (1) $100 store credit
• Tuesday, April 28, 2026 — one (1) $100 store credit
• Wednesday, April 29, 2026 — one (1) $100 store credit
• Thursday, April 30, 2026 — Splash Pool Float
• Friday, May 1, 2026 — Pool Cleaning Kit
• Saturday, May 2, 2026 — Free Pool Closing
• Sunday, May 3, 2026 — Aiper Scuba P1
• Monday, May 4, 2026 — Grand Prize: Cove Hot Tub (overall drawing from all entries received during the Promotion Period)

Sparkle Pools reserves the right to adjust the daily schedule for operational reasons, provided that all advertised prizes are awarded during the Promotion Period. No household may win more than one (1) daily prize during the Promotion Period; if an entry is drawn in a daily drawing and the household has already won a daily prize earlier in the week, that entry will be discarded and another entry will be drawn in its place. Daily prize winners remain eligible for the Grand Prize (Cove Hot Tub) drawing — every eligible entry received during the Promotion Period is included in the Grand Prize drawing regardless of whether the household has already won a daily prize. Odds of winning any given daily drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received on that day. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information on their entry. Sparkle Pools is not responsible for entries with incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information.

Prize Claim

Winners must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within this period may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sparkle Pools' sole discretion. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release prior to receiving their prize.

Prize Restrictions

• No cash value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and have no cash surrender value.
• Not transferable. Prizes may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person.
• Substitutions. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee. Sparkle Pools reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
• Free Pool Closing must be scheduled during the 2026 fall closing season (typically September through November 2026), is subject to scheduling availability, and is limited to residences within our standard service area. The prize covers a standard closing labor only. Closing chemicals are required but are not included in this prize and must be purchased separately by the winner prior to the closing appointment. Additional services, repairs, parts, or travel beyond the standard service area are not included and will be billed at regular rates if requested.
• $100 Store Credit is redeemable at either Sparkle Pools location toward in-stock or special-order products only. Store credit is not valid toward services, labor, installation, delivery fees, or water hauling. Store credit does not expire, cannot be combined with other store credits for a single transaction in excess of its face value without manager approval, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Aiper Scuba P1 and Pool Cleaning Kit prizes must be picked up by the winner at a Sparkle Pools location; delivery is not included. Manufacturer warranty (if any) is the winner's responsibility to register and claim directly with the manufacturer.
• Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Use of Winner Information

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city of residence, and likeness by Sparkle Pools for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants release Sparkle Pools and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sparkle Pools is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or incomplete entries.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Sparkle Pools reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason, including if the Promotion is compromised by fraud, tampering, technical failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. Sparkle Pools also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules.

Governing Law

These Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vigo County, Indiana.
